Devraj an innocent villager works as a servant at ACP Trikal Chowdhurys house. He is thrown out of the house after Trikal discovers his son and Devraj's sister having an affair. Devraj comes to Mumbai and comes in the good books of Akbar Pir Dada when he saves his life in a fatal gang war. Devraj succeeds Pir Dada as the crime godfather of Mumbai and takes control of things. Things take a wild twist when Trikal's son Inder is accused for the murder of Devraj's Sister's fiancee. Tragedy strikes again in Devraj's life when his son is killed by his rival gangsters. Will Devraj continue to live the life of a gangster or will he transform himself?
